Founded by healthcare practitioners who wanted to give something back to the sector.
Built from the inside out
ACS-UK was established in 2019 by experienced practitioners with careers spanning health and social care. We didn't come from outside the sector and decide to build a training business — we came from within it, having seen first-hand the gaps that leave individuals without pathways and employers without the skilled teams they need.
Our founders recognised a systemic problem: too many people wanted to work in healthcare but couldn't access credible, practical routes in. At the same time, care providers were struggling to build and retain qualified workforces. We built ACS-UK to sit at that intersection.
Our mission is straightforward: connect individuals with sustainable careers in health and social care, and help employers build the skilled, compliant teams they need to deliver great care.

Training
Accredited qualifications from Care Certificate to Level 5 Leadership Diploma. Delivered by practitioners with direct sector experience, aligned to CQC and Ofsted standards. Funded routes available for eligible learners.

Our dedicated healthcare recruitment agency, ACS Healthcare Services, is CQC-regulated. We place qualified, fully screened candidates into permanent and temporary roles across health and social care.

Strategic support for care providers — CQC and Ofsted compliance, government-funded staff training, building internal training arms, and QACLS accreditation. We work with organisations to build lasting workforce infrastructure.
